About The Role
Role Location: 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000
Role Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract role
 
As a Senior Change Analyst, you will support the delivery of change management and business readiness through analysis and documenting change requirements and impacts, executing the change management plans, delivering readiness artefacts, developing relations with and supporting preparation of stakeholders for change, performing change readiness assessments and embedding the change for internal and external stakeholders.
 
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Strong organisational change management experience with relevant experience in the Insurance domain
  
• Knowledge of change analysis tasks and techniques 
  
• Ability to work well in a team, tribe and squad environment
  
• Broad understanding of agile, project and change management lifecycles, disciplines, procedures and ceremonies
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and engagement skills, with documentation writing, process analysis and improvement skillset
  
• Experience in delivering business readiness artefacts
