Your new company
This ASX Listed organisation is a market leader within the financial services industry. Due to an increase in workload, there are now multiple CTP Senior Claims Advisor positions available on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for proactive management a portfolio of end to end claims whilst providing a high level of service and achieving business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Effectively managing a portfolio of claims and negotiating settlements in accordance with the relevant legislations
- Attend settlement conferences and hearings
- Liaising with claimants and solicitors, by phone and written correspondence throughout the management of the claim
- Working in line to meet relevant time frames and achieve cost effective claim resolutions
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role managing CTP or personal injury claims. Along with your ability to build rapport with key stakeholders and interpret relevant documentation and legislations, other key factors to be successful include:
- 3-5 years’ experience in CTP claims or personal injury case management
- Focused on resolution outcomes with the initiative to investigate and problem solve
- Strong negotiation and decision making skill
- Certificate IV in Personal Injury is desired
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commence, Law or related discipline would be highly regarded
