Our client is one of Australia's largest wealth management businesses which is in a huge growth phase. Due to this business expansion they are looking for a number of talented Claims Assessors across the mid-senior experience level. There is a well respected management team in place and opportunities for you to upskill through the company's ongoing training and development programs. This is a prestigious company with a proven track record in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage initial and ongoing assessment and investigation of both new and existing claims within agreed service standards
- Assess claims through the practical application of the policy terms and conditions
- Use a number of claims management tools, resources and requirements in assessing a claim
- Engage with appropriate third parties to ensure sustainable return to work outcomes are facilitated
- Involve yourselves in wider business strategy and proactively suggest improvements to the claims process
- Ideally you will be from a related background in Group or Retail Claims but they will also consider Workers Comp/ CTP / Allied Health experience with relevant qualifications and career progression
- You will be highly knowledgeable around claims, regulations and have strong knowledge of relevant products
- Varied role with extensive interaction so exceptional communication and written skills are a must
- You will have outstanding relationship management skills and an ability to engage with people at all levels
