Role Location: 347 Kent Street Sydney NSW 2000

Role Type: Permanent Full time role; 2 vacancies available

As a Principal Underwriter, you will be responsible in ensuring customer and OnePath’s expectations are met or exceeded in respect of Underwriting service. This includes sound risk management; achievement of quality standards; effective communication of decisions; relationship development and portfolio management of key customer’s accounts.

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven track record of Life Risk Underwriting experience
• Underwriting authority reflective of experience
• Demonstrates decisiveness that is supported by broad industry knowledge and experience, and seeks diverse views on complex matters
• Shows attention to detail and has sound judgement
• Demonstrated performance in customer service
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
