About the Role
The Return To Work Specialist will take the lead on influencing and driving return to work on cases identified at high risk of exceeding expected RTW outcomes. Working closely with case managers, the RTW Specialist will manage the RTW aspects of allocated cases. The RTW Specialist will utilise their knowledge and skills in RTW and injury management, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive optimal RTW outcomes.

Required Expertise
- Ideally 2 years' experience in claims management (Case Manager)
- Knowledge of medical and paramedical terminology and procedures, including the forms of treatment applicable to injury is advantageous;
- Strong working knowledge of Accident Compensation Act 1985 and associated regulations
