We are now seeking a Client Administration Analyst to join our busy and fast paced CBD team.   

This role is responsible for end to end case management of client transactions and exceptions, and providing phone based assistance to clients and other client facing staff in regards to transaction processes.

This role will require a strong client service ethic as it involves liaising with clients, client facing staff, internal stakeholders, and external employer and payroll groups.  Attention to detail, problem solving skills and the ability to manage and remediate transactions under pressure is required.  Flexible working hours are a requirement of this role.

To be successful the following core skills and experience are required:-

  • RG146 (in superannuation)
  • Proven experience within a financial services administration environment is required, with knowledge of Superannuation products a necessity
  • Demonstrated knowledge of non-super products such as unit trusts and insurance and intermediate software skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, and investigate issues and ability to work to tight deadlines and often after core business hours
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail with strong client liaison skills
  • Commitment to teamwork, demonstrating ability to contribute positively and collaboratively
  • Proactive, with an ability to work autonomously
