Our client are a reputable, publically listed company that have successfully matured since inception, 12yrs ago. As an investment and superannuation platform, they have a strong staff presence Australia-wide and are now seeking another experienced leader to join them.

After experiencing significant growth in the last five years, this client requires someone to head up their Bundall office. With an team of 8 administrators reporting into you, they need of a leader to guide, develop and assist them with the daily workflow.

This is a hands on role that requires;

• Experienced manager that thrives on getting involved with the business, assisting when the workload increases by answering questions and leading the team by example
• A highly experienced leader who has proven experience working effectively with key stakeholders; trustees, fund managers, brokers, custodians and internal staff
• Strong understanding of financial services industry, with preferred experience with superannuation and insurance products
• Understanding of quality and service standards and adhering to agreed timeframes
• Previous management experience; implementing training and development plans, providing feedback and monitoring performance and deliverables

You will be expected to:

• Assist with the implementation of a new workflow process
• Responding to questions and queries, authorising and assisting when the workload increases
• Manage the daily workflow and introduce business efficiencies where possible
• Maintain and develop good working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
• Lead your team to achieve and exceed all performance goals and operational objectives
• Ensure all SLA's are adhered and maintained
• Have a high customer service level, working directly with internal stakeholders as well as trustees, fund managers and brokers.

To be considered for this position, you will possess all of the above as well as:

• Experience using Accurity
• Clear understanding of the industry
• Previous management experience
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Australian working rights (Sponsorship is not provided for this position)
