The opportunity

An opportunity for an experienced workforce management professional has become available to support the coordination, oversight, reporting and management of key Delivery & Performance deliverables within ANZO Short Tail claims.

This includes the redesign, production, and analysis of various key Risk and Compliance, Catastrophe, Large Loss and Workforce Management reports within the business unit portfolio.

A large component of this role is to drive increased oversight across both on-shore and off-shore ANZO claims through analysis of non-core operational reports. Included within this role would be the requirement to assist in the development of new reports and models that feed into the operational road-map for into BAU operations from Workforce Management, Risk and Compliance and Catastrophe Management perspective.

 

What does success look like?

We are looking for a confident and capable professional who demonstrates a thorough understanding of the principles and a practical application of long/medium/short term workload forecasting.

You will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance claims and/or workforce management methodologies and principles
  • Experience in the delivery of workforce management processes to a call centre environment
  • Demonstrated experience in providing sound analysis and insights into claims management and/or workforce management in claims
  • Demonstrated experience to deliver consistent and accurate results in a statistically intensive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to service highly volatile businesses and contending with competing demands
  • Well-developed technical skills, MS Office products and Call Centre technologies; Visual Basic or other programming languages desirable
  • High level of confidence, drive and motivation
