A leading provider of injury prevention and workers compensation is looking for passionate return to work professionals to join a highly successful and growing organisation.

About the role:

As a Case Manager you will be joining a team of experienced and passionate return to work professionals who truly value helping their members in a time of need. You will achieve your goals by delivering a positive experience to employers and injured workers, who require customised support to facilitate their return to work and recovery.

  • Responsible for a portfolio of injured workers and employer claims (across corporate, industry and SME).
  • Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
  • Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
  • Working with internal Injury Management Advisors and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
  • Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
  • Managing the end to end claims process

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience within a worker’s compensation, personal injury services or experience working in case management, insurance or Allied Health.
  • A positive attitude, resilience and empathetic people skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally.
