A leading provider of injury prevention and workers compensation is looking for passionate return to work professionals to join a highly successful and growing organisation.
About the role:
As a Case Manager you will be joining a team of experienced and passionate return to work professionals who truly value helping their members in a time of need. You will achieve your goals by delivering a positive experience to employers and injured workers, who require customised support to facilitate their return to work and recovery.
- Responsible for a portfolio of mental health and complex claims
- Liaising with treating professionals and doctors as well as employers and claimants
- Designing return to work plans in conjunction with employers to ensure that return to work is obtained in a sustainable manner
- Working with internal Injury Management Advisors and Technical Specialists to discuss claims and agree the way forward
- Preparing accurate documentation, letters and reports in relation to claims
- Managing the end to end claims process.

About you:
- Demonstrated experience within a worker’s compensation, personal injury services or experience working in case management, insurance or Allied Health.
- A positive attitude, resilience and empathetic people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbally.
