We deal mainly in SME Business Insurance, Heavy Motor and Transport logistics industry insurances, Professional Indemnity (PI) and Public liability (PL) insurances. We are Steadfast affiliated brokers.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to join our friendly team to manage our existing SME portfolio of clients.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- New business quotations
- Day to day handling of client's renewals, endorsements, and new business placements
- Management of the portfolio by handling queries
- Managing a pipeline of enquiries
- Claim lodgments and follow ups
- Liaising with Clients, Underwriters, Brokers and other key stakeholders
- Able to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Team player who works collaboratively
- Negotiation of renewal terms with underwriters and presenting renewal terms to clients
Ideally we are looking for experienced Assistant Account Executive with Tier 1 compliant In General Insurance Broking and with experience working on Commercial General Insurance policies within an Insurance Broking environment.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications required:
- Tier 1 broking accreditation
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS Commercial Insurance Broking experience
- Attention to detail to meet compliance requirements
- Sunrise, Winbeat & SVU experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent customer service / client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
