You will:
- Managing customer and adviser enquiries via Inbound calls relating to life insurance products
- Handle and process life insurance renewals, cancellations, increases etc.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and problem solving in every interaction
- Work closely with internal department like Operations, Product, Distribution teams and many more!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. Must have prior contact centre experience
- Customer service orientated
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
