Join our high performing Claims Team and challenge yourself to provide our customers with an outstanding service as you manage the claims process in a sensitive and professional way.

As Claims Advisor you will be responsible for processing all new claim lodgements, starting the claim lifecycle on the front foot, consistently going above and beyond to deliver an outstanding claims experience to our customers and brokers when it matters most.
 
You will play a key role to support a collaborative team to maintain their portfolio by managing claims from end to end, reviewing and determining liability, and managing customer expectations to ensure claims are handled in an accurate and efficient manner. Your customer centric attitude and excellent communications skills will play a significant role in your empathetic approach to dealing with our customers.

You’ll bring previous Commercial and/or Heavy Motor claims experience with the ability to negotiate and identify recovery opportunities, a strong focus on customer service whilst maintaining strong relationships with our long-standing clients. You’ll have high attention to detail and be well organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently, and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
