You will assist the Sous and Head Chef in a busy kitchen serving over 300 meals a day. The Food and Beverage department comprises of a buffet restaurant, busy bistro, a la carte restaurant, functions and room service.
You will be trained on all sections of the kitchen and be ready to help guide and teach your juniors.
You will have a passion for food and be willing to work in a close team environment, where you live and work.
