Who are we?
Innocent Bystander was born of the Yarra Valley, where wine is our heart and soul (and coffee and beer come a close joint second). We have recently joined a bigger family of wine brands, and this is a truly unique opportunity to be a part of a great team of culinary professionals creating an awesome visitor experience in our Healesville home.
We're looking for someone who:
- is available to work 25-35 hours a week
- ideally lives in Healesville or the greater Yarra Valley
Duties will include:
- assist the Chefs in preparation of fresh food by hand or machine,
- ensuring timely and efficient cleaning and restacking of tableware to maintain service standards, especially in peak time
- assisting with plating of food as required
- restocking kitchen supplies as needed throughout the shift
- washing and cleaning dishes by machine and hand
- maintaining cleanliness of kitchen stations throughout the course of preparation and service
Availability to work on weekends & Public Holidays and flexibility in working various shifts across a 7 day roster is a must!
