We’re looking for a superstar Junior Sous Chef to step into this impressive team!
Boasting a classic modern Italian Menu across the venue which seats up to 300 covers, this exceptional dining destination is really making its mark in the industry. With a spectacular open kitchen and wood fired oven, and a wine list which is simply to die for, this venue has a lot to offer - to its guests, and to its staff as its hands on owners work to cultivate an environment where their staff truly enjoy coming to work each day.
As Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous chef in the daily operation, taking control of a section, and ensuring only the highest quality product goes on to each plate. This is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s best Head Chefs, and work alongside a talented team, with the opportunity to step into a Sous chef role in the future if you really prove yourself.
We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Longevity in previous roles
- Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Passion for Italian cuisine and real career drive
- Availability to work a flexible full time hospitality roster
