Our NEW Eastland restaurant is seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to be responsible for entire Front of House and Back of House operations. As a senior leader within TGI Friday's management team, you will be focused on developing your team and delivering food and service to Friday's standards. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on leader who has a passion for producing great quality food and cocktails, and importantly you will know how to get the best out of your team. You must have prior experience managing people in addition to growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high volume fast-paced environment. 

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of up to 70 staff including recruitment, training, rostering and performance management.
  • Financial management and planning capabilities to deliver results and achieve set KPIs.
  • Overall management of entire FOH and BOH operational facets of business.
  • Adherence to and auditing of OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to build sales and revenue whilst controlling costs.
  • Successful promotion of TGI Fridays via local area marketing channels.
  • Ensuring superior service and quality to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as our senior restaurant leader.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated hospitality experience within a high volume restaurant environment.
  • Qualifications in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred however not essential.
  • Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capability and customer service focus.
  • Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiency and resiliently.
  • Drive to create a supportive culture which motivates and develops your team.
  • Ability to work productively during busy trading periods including weeknights and weekends.
