We are currently seeking a hospitality professional to join our young, dynamic team.
As the Club Concierge, you are a key connection point between guests and the Club as well as other departments within the venue. A Concierge within the Club influences the guest's first and last impressions of the venue, and therefore, must ensure that they are greeted and farewelled in a warm, friendly manner.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for premium guest service and ensure that our guests are made feel welcome at all times. This is a highly visible role and therefore your grooming and level of professionalism must shine through.
Essential Skills Required:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong guest focus
- Hold current RSA & RCG certificates
- Previous hospitality experience
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
