Boasting a classic modern Italian Menu across the venue which seats up to 300 covers, this exceptional dining destination is really making its mark in the industry. With a spectacular open kitchen and wood fired oven, and a growing reputation for being the place to be.
As Sous Chef, you will have full responsibility in the kitchen - supporting the head chef with the daily operation and seeing to it that each service comes off without a hitch. As well as assisting with stock take, ordering, and keeping a keen eye on COGs and Wastage as you assist in developing this truly talented team.
To be a great candidate for this position, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Longevity in previous roles
- Minimum 2 years working in upmarket or hatted venues
- Experience across all areas of the kitchen - from financials to finishing!
- Level headed and positive attitude
- Passion for Italian cuisine and real career drive
- Availability to work a flexible full time hospitality roster
