Trinket, as the name suggests, is far from your usual every day bar.
This highly conceptual hidden old world vintage bar has a unique opportunity for passionate and experienced Bar Staff with strong experience in classic cocktails and mixology.
This is all about theatre, wonder and immersing your guests in a world of hidden charm.
As we prepare to throw open the doors to what will be one of Flinders Lane’s most prized treasures, we are on the lookout for Exceptional Bartenders to join our entourage of hospitality professionals.
Who are you? You are the consummate host, always looking to surprise and delight your guests! Your cocktail and beverage knowledge is shared in a friendly and approachable manner and definitely never in a condescending tone. You are, of course, happy to serve the best vodka tonic as well as the most balanced and nuanced Negroni depending on your customer’s desires.

Some other fun facts about you:
- Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
- Strong beverage knowledge, including expert cocktail skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
