Our Westfield Customer Experience teams drives excellence in customer service within our Shopping centre across Concierge, Carpark and valet.

To fit the personality of this centre we need to hire 3 Services attendants who have a passion for customer service, who has style, a sense of theatre and showmanship and a 'larger than life' character.

Your Opportunity

The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proven experience in a similar role is a must!
  • Ability to achieve a level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
  • Be empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that’s may arise whilst on shift.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • A full open manual drivers licence is advantageous

All successful candidates will be required to complete a video interview and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours. We will be using email as the primary method of communication, please ensure you check your emails regularly to monitor the progress of your application.
