Town Square Motel Orange Requires Office Administration/Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
A position at the Town Square Motel Orange 29 Motel rooms and 12 Hotel rooms. To be part of a small family owned business. Preferred experience in motel reception duties. Casual position available.
- Excellent computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to work well individually as well as within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to assist with quotations for group bookings/ functions
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Handle all administrative tasks, including responding to routine inquiries, printing, copying, scanning. Provides supervision to all related staff duties, Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion. Variable schedule, must be able to work nights until 9.00pm and weekends, as necessary. To assist with efficient running of office including bookings and billing, office cleanliness ordering and maintaining supplies. Perform other related duties as required such as motel laundry.
