Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Culinary you will support the team that develops recipes for HelloFresh meal kits. You’ll be directly involved in creating quick, simple and delicious recipes for our growing customer base through managing the recipe recook process from start-to-finish.

The Job:

• Test, test, and test recipes again in the HelloFresh Test Kitchen in our Chippendale warehouse
• Analyse and take on board feedback from our External testers and rework the recipes accordingly
• Take on board the Customer Satisfaction Reports and implement learnings for future recipes
• Assist with the rework of top international recipes
• Deliver the created recipes based on the HelloFresh style guide
• Place grocery orders based on chef needs and or shop and source ingredients for the Test Kitchen

About You:

• You have a Culinary degree
• 2 years experience in a food and recipe related field (test kitchen, magazine, meal kit) and a creative flair for cooking
• Exceptional written expression for the editing of concise, simple recipe methods
• A passion for the culinary world, particularly a vast knowledge of ingredients and cooking techniques
• Highly organised with a supreme attention to detail, you’ll triple confirm and cross-check until you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it’s correct!
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, G Suite and Dropbox
• Passionate about our business and changing the grocery retail landscape in Australia
