About the business and the role
We specialise in the very best of seafood restaurant and bar. We aim to provide a memorable dining experience in a family friendly environment. We are looking for restaurant and Bar manager to manage the Bar and front of house with experience of minimum 2 years in similar role. In this role you will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Manage a team of energetic staff members, managing Bar and FOH, shift supervising and planning, customer satisfaction, stock control, culture and safety. We are searching for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, demonstrated leadership skills.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Hire, train and coach staff to meet business objectives
- Manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Interact with customers to understand and exceed their expectations
- Analyse food and beverage costs and assign menu prices
- Identify and estimate food and beverage supply requirements and place orders with suppliers
