We are on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade on a full-time basis for this fantastic modern bar/restaurant serving up fresh, well-presented dishes that are produced from some of the finest local bay side produce!
Open 7 days for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks - you will be the type of chef who thrives in a constantly busy and high volume venue.
With a focus on local and ethically sourced produce, the experienced kitchen team ensures that everything is expertly managed from paddock to plate.
The seasonal menu changes regularly as do specials with as much ingredient/components made in house as possible including delicious flat breads!
In addition to 3 years previous experience as Chef de Partie you will also be:
- Fully qualified with minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
- Flexibility to work a full-time hospitality roster including nights, weekends and public holidays when required
- Knowledge on latest cooking techniques and cafe trends
- An all-rounder in the kitchen, experienced across grill, pans, hot and cold larder.
