Our reputable remote village based in the Bowen Basin is seeking exciting, talented, and enthusiastic Chef with a strong 5-star vision to join their team to surpass our client’s expectations.

Our remote village boast fully equipped rooms, self-service laundries, a range of onsite recreational facilities including gymnasium, and outdoor leisure areas including well equipped BBQ’s, indoor lounge areas and entertainment centres, as well as convenient egress to local community facilities including sporting clubs and other social outlets. Safe and comfortable, the onsite managers assist in providing a stress-free living environment for their guests and staff. Overall the business has a vision of providing a hotel feel in the service offerings and facilities available.

Your new role

Spotless currently has an outstanding opportunity for talented Chef who are seeking an exciting yet challenging career move. Your excellent interpersonal skills, team focus and an emphasis on providing a 5-star experience to our clients will see you succeed in our roles.  

These positions will offer a negotiable DIDO roster, if you reside in the local area of the Village.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous hotel/resort experience would be highly desirable
• Current drivers licence and own transport
• Ability to work a negotiable roster
• A can do attitude and the ability to maintain a positive team culture
• Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities
• A personality that is not afraid to engage with residents, clients and co workers
