NOW HIRING!
We are an established Italian restaurant group with 7 locations across Western Sydney, seeking experienced chef’s and cooks for our Northmead location.
Successful candidates would be joining a fun and fast paced Italian restaurant. On an average Saturday night, you will be working as part of a team and will be cooking for up to 200 pax. You would report directly to Head Chef.
Close to public transport but transport recommended, with ample free onsite parking available.
The role includes working with a fun and dynamic kitchen crew various tasks including, but not limited to:
?Preparation of Italian food
?Being responsible for your own section
?Cooking in busy service for up to 200 pax
?Keeping your section clean and tidy
?Keeping control of stock
?Working nights, weekends and public holidays
?General Kitchen duties
?Experience in a fast-paced Kitchen is preferred, and training will be provided to bring you up to speed with how we do things
