About the role
Are you a highly organized person who likes to be responsible for a variety of different tasks and duties throughout the day? We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Product team as a Product Co-ordinator for a 6 month maternity contract. Based within our Sydney office, this role covers a broad range of duties from destination management, training and reporting to collaborating with the global team on the development and adjustment of tour programs and itineraries.

Skills and experience
Key responsibilities
- Receive direction from the global product team and liaise with ground partners, to develop and adjust programmes for the Australian market
- Pricing for brochures and campaigns
- Quarterly benchmarking and cost analysis for destinations
- Management of the destination - Ensuring that appropriate quality control is upheld in all facets of operational services.
- Weekly reporting and analysis of group tour numbers
- Liaising with ground partners regarding itinerary changes/adjustments
- In house support and training
- Proof reading brochures, tour dossiers, final itineraries, the website, and advertisements for accuracy
