Assistant Manager
The Crown Hotel, Surry Hills is part of the Marlow Hotel Group. The Marlow Hotel Group is a group of thirteen hotels throughout Sydney and the Illawarra which includes Crossroads Hotel (Casula), Rose and Crown Hotel
(Parramatta), Kings Park Hotel, Coniston Hotel, Intersection Tavern (Ramsgate) amongst others.

We require an experienced Assistant Manager to manage various shifts at the hotel.
You will be experienced in all facets of Hotel Management including but not limited to Hotel Presentation, General Bar, TAB, Keno and Gaming Operations.
You will have a keen eye for detail, be well presented, self motivated and be capable of motivating your team to ensure the best in hotel presentation and service.
The Hotel boasts over 4 floors
Ground floor Sports Bar and Dedicated Gaming Room with 30 EGM's.
The second floor is a upmarket function room that holds regular functions for city workers and local residents .
The third floor consists of boutique hotel rooms (8) and the fourth floor will be potentially redeveloped to expand the boutique hotel accommodation operation to some 16 rooms.
The Hotel has a 24 hour hotel license and trades Mon - Sat 9 am through to 6 am and 10 am till midnight on sundays. You will be required to operate across a variety of shifts including day shifts, night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
You will of course possess a current RSA / RCG approval.
A salary of $55000 pa to $65000 pa commensurate with industry knowledge and experience applies.
