We are seeking an experienced "hands-on" back up Duty Manager who has a passion for the industry. If you are a mature, enthusiastic and reliable person wanting to join a fun and friendly team this role is for you!
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent leadership, communication and high level customer service skills. Must have a good knowledge of hospitality industry rules and regulations. You will be required to be proficient in all areas of hotel operations including Bar, TAB, Keno, Gaming Machines, Catering. Good cash handling and reconciliation skills are required. You should enjoy working independently and exercise initiative.
Must have RSG, RMLV and your Approved Managers Licence.
