About the business

Bricks 4 Kidz is one of the world's fastest growing kids enrichment programs. We are passionate about children's education and providing consistently excellent experiences for kids using the LEGO® Bricks they know and LOVE.  Our programs range from fun and engaging Birthday Parties to highly educational school incursions and after school programs.

About the role

We are currently looking for an Energetic Birthday Party Manager.  The successful applicant will be liaising with parents throughout the birthday party process including taking enquiries, making bookings, setting up, running birthday parties and following up post-party.

This is a casual position with flexible weekday hours of around 5 hours during the week paid on a fixed part time rate and the opportunity to run parties on additional casual rates. 

We are also hiring casual instructors to be involved in our after school classes and assisting at birthday parties with short shifts 2-3hrs a day up to 5 days a week.

Skills and experience

The successful application must:

  • Have a genuine LOVE and PASSION for working with children especially in the 4-10 year old age bracket.
  • Have great organisational skills.
  • Be calm, positive and nuturing.
  • Be available to answer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner during the week.
  • Have a valid Working with Children Check.
