Hotel Jesus, brother restaurant to Mamasita is currently looking for a supervisor looking for career advancement or a proven manager ready to take the keys. Our current Restaurant Manager is advancing within our group hence we are looking for someone to fill her spot. You won’t be thrown in the deep end as we’ll ensure the handover is structured and steady- our aim is to set you up to succeed.

We are seeking an experienced supervisor or manager to join, lead and inspire our team. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and have a sense of humour with a demonstrated ability to manage a busy restaurant of a similar size.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant while maintaining a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. You will be working closely with existing managers in areas of recruitment, training, rosters and financials and general management of front of house.
We are a both a restaurant and bar providing an authentic yet casual representation of a ‘typical’ Mexican Restaurant. Previous bar or floor experience of a minimum of 12 months will be necessary. Knowledge of Mexican food and agave beveragesl is a plus, but not a pre-requisite.
