ABOUT THE ROLE

- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Effectively manage bookings, information requests and provide alternative options
- Respond quickly with accurate information to customer emails and phone enquiries
- Operate our customer Live Chat service
- Ensure website is constantly updated and accurate
- Work to continually improve online product, booking delivery and help maintain DriveNow.com.au as the market leader
- After sales customer service and follow up to ensure excellent client and supplier experience

EXPERIENCE

- Strong customer service background
- Love of the travel industry
- Reservations experience
