We are currently seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Brisbane branch in Eagle Farm. This is a fast-paced and diverse role that will see you interacting with a variety of people on a day to day basis and assisting with the professional presentation and smooth daily operation of the depot.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Branch Manager to ensure the branch is running smoothly and efficiently on a day to day basis including vehicle scheduling and arranging the teams daily tasks
- Providing a high level of customer service to all guest on arrival
- Sign in and out of vehicles to customers including processing payments and damage reports
- Achieving targets and KPIs
- Prioritising and problem solving to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Some vehicle cleaning may be required
- Stock control, monitoring and invoicing
Key Criteria:
- Strong communication and people skills with proven experience in the customer service industry
- Excellent Organisation skills and Administration skills
- The ability to multitask and delegate
- Highly motivated with the passion to succeed and a keen eye for detail
- Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints
- A strong track-record of achieving KPI's
- Technology savvy and adaptable to learn new computer systems
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team
- Ability to work a rotating roster which will require some Saturdays until 1pm
- Basic cleaning duties
This role requires someone with strong multitasking skills, a strong communicator who is extremely well organised and customer service orientated. You must be able to work under pressure and creative problem solve. Cruisin are after someone who thrives on a challenge and loves to get their hands dirty. Customer service experience is a mandatory prerequisite.
