Front Office Manager
Adelaide Caravan Park is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.
You will be part of a growing, supportive National Company, offering ongoing development and training within a great team environment.
Reporting to the Park Business Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with all day to day guest issues, manage and lead the office, apply all policies and procedures, ensure maximum guest satisfaction, whilst adhering to property standards.
Requirements:
. Solid background in Front Office Operations, with sound capabilities leading a team focused on excellence in customer service within the Accommodation Industry
. Highly conversant with RMS ( or similar reservation systems )
. Able to work under pressure, possess an excellent eye for detail and display outstanding organisational skills.
. Skilled in Office , Excel and similar applications
. Available to work a rotating roster including weekends
. Have outstanding customer service skills
. Carry a cheerful disposition at all times
. A team member with excellent grooming and presentation skills
. Good experience in digital / social media management
