About the role:
- Fantastic operational knowledge

- Above average reporting skill with full understanding of all financials

- Previous experience in a Hotel or Multi Outlet would be highly desirable
- A good understanding of marketing and opportunities for business growth
- Market savvy and up to date with current trends in food and beverage
- Great contacts in the industry and with suppliers
- The ability to train and mentor a young team
- Great communications skills
- Overall passion for the industry
