About the role
We have multiple positions available for Barista's and waitstaff.
Expectations:
-I expect all staff to be ready to work at their start time. That means arriving 10 minutes before your shift, ironed clothes & apron, this means when start time rolls around you are on top of the game and in the right head space.
-We need to be courteous, friendly and respectful of each other and guests.
-Make sure you are always smiling, this will rub off on staff and customers.
-Go the extra mile! In general most cafes miss the basics and really pleasing the customer. They want to be waitered on! Asked for another coffee, drink, extra food, something sweet or baked goods, we have to anticipate their needs! This will set us aside from all the other cafes in the area.
