New to Sydney's boutique hotel scene, this hotel has pulled out all of the stops to create something unique! With a premium health club, stunning new York style loft rooms and some unique event spaces, this venue has all of the ingredients to be something great.
Nestled in a busy business & restaurant precinct, this rooftop Health Club will be frequented by corporates, hotel guests and locals. Set to open in a matter of weeks, this kiosk style café will be a place to grab a quick healthy breakfast, lunch or coffee after a busy work out and a great spot for business meetings.
The location is light and airy, with roller shutters that allow the kitchen to be open to guests! You will love the breeze flowing into the kitchen and the ability to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce something appealing to the eye that's fresh and simple.
We are on the look out for an experienced Head Chef or experienced Cafe Head chef looking for some work life balance in their life to bring their passion for food to this new and exciting venue. This venue will be providing grab and go options able to serve the meals in house and the sky is the limit as far as food is concerned.
Initially weekends will be necessary, but the role can evolve to a Monday to Friday position once it is up and running. Hours will be 6am till 4pm.
