Restaurant General Manager for Iconic Venue, Great Career Ops, up to $90k+S+Tips

  
This role is for the signature restaurant of this quirky high end property.  It's well-established in Sydney and renowned throughout Australia.  Many of the clientele that frequent this venue are corporate, A-list celebrities and foodies.  

A new direction is taking place with a well-known hatted chef at the helm and a fun, highly experienced and supportive management team.
  
The Restaurant

This is a Restaurant Manager's role that will reward the right person with a first class venue, in an environment that encourages style and knowledge.   In return you'll be an individual that lives and breathes the industry and has a passion for good food and wine. 

You'll have a large team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests.  Also working closely with the senior management team, all from high quality and customer service driven backgrounds.

This is a role that requires lots of mentoring and leading, a manager with lots of passion and an even bigger presence will definitely fit the bill.

The Required Experience 

Perfect for someone with supreme confidence in their own ability.  Previous experience working in high quality, medium to large venues is essential.
Ideally you'll be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator. 

Being able to meet the expectations of both the business and the customers is a pre-requisite.  Having a good understanding of cost management is essential for this role.  

This will suit a manager who is career hungry and focused, heading towards the peak of their career and able display excellent 'natural' leadership skills.

Someone who's got that inner drive to make a business successful, a person who thinks outside the box in every aspect, including marketing and promotions.

Hours and Rewards

You'll be required to work a 5-day week, incorporating 2 doubles, around 50 hours on average, with the opportunity to have lots of Sundays off.
