Restaurant Dan Arnold is actively searching an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Head Waiter, to join the opening team.
In this role you will work closely with the owner for the launch of this new restaurant, and should have a passion for hospitality management and service. You will be a leader with a vibrant personality and the greatest sense of care for all guests.
Applicants should:
- Have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, with a passion for training and mentoring staff
- Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service, and ensuring all staff engage guests to fully understand their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Undertake daily briefings with staff, and work in collaboration with the Chef and Senior Leadership team
- Be well presented and eager to be a part of this new adventure
Salary negotiable and determined based on experience.
