The Club Hotel is part of Spirit Hotels. We operate over 70 hotels in Queensland with small portfolios in Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales. Our pubs feature some of the best bars, restaurants, fast casual dining options and gaming rooms across Australia and our core purpose is to operate 'Great Pubs Locals Love'.
Known by locals as the friendliest pub in Gladstone, the Club Hotel Gladstone is situated just 5 minutes from the heart of the city. The main bar features a touch of Australiana in the décor with all the leading beers on tap. The pub has two Keno outlets, 40 gaming machines and 12 accommodation rooms.
What do I need to have?
We are on the lookout for a team player who is willing to work with both the front of house and kitchen team to deliver top quality food in our hotel. We challenge traditional pecking orders and our team members must inspire, collaborate and contribute to an open, honest and comfortable workplace.
As a chef/cook you will be:
