Australian Venue Co. operate a diverse portfolio of iconic hotels and pubs across Australia. Due to rapid growth and expansion throughout we are currently on the hunt for exceptional Duty Managers to join some of our Melbourne teams.
Coupled with your flair for quality and consistency you will also need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong customer focus and have a passion for the industry
- High personal presentation and project a positive and friendly attitude at all times
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Leadership and training and development Skills
- Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry
- RSA essential
- Similar relevant experience
