An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated and proactive Asian cuisine chef to join our team at the Roxburgh Park Hotel.
We are a busy buffet restaurant opened for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and will need to demonstrate:
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Minimum of 2-3 years wok experience is essential
* Prepare, seasons and cooks/ stir fry's in industrial woks
* Specialising in Asian cuisine
* Experience working in buffet
* Uncompromising attitude towards high quality food and presentation
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent planning skills and ability to think on your feet
* Must have the right to work in Australia
Availability for weekly day, night, weekend and split shifts is a must.
An attractive salary package will be on offer for the right candidate negotiable on experience
