Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville, multiple winner of regional, state and national tourism awards for quality and service excellence is looking for an outstanding individual to take on a full time/salaried Guest Experience Manager position and act as the onsite manager overnight in this live onsite position.
From your hotel experience; you will be able to articulate how you can lead people and deliver what counts most - customer service! You will be well versed with hotel systems and have a passion for your personal development and success. You will be able to bring your flair and flavour to an already highly driven and successful team.
