Suncity Group Australia Pty Ltd specializes in exquisite VIP service, focused in organizing luxury travel experience, tailored to our clients. It was established in 2014, as a subsidiary company of Suncity Group Ltd. Due to the rapid growth and success of the operations in Australia, we are seeking for self-driven, bilingual (English and Mandarin) and customer-oriented individuals to join our Personal Assistant team.
 

Job Responsibilities

  • Building strong and lasting relationships with existing and new clients
  • Responding to clients' concerns and inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism
  • Handle all clients' special requirements if required
  • Assist with events organized or sponsored by the company and invite clients to attend
  • Inform clients about the upcoming entertainments and activities in Australia 
  • Coordinate contract requirements for clients if required
  • Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Collate and analyze clients' preferences and information
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Department Head / Superiors
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide 24-hour personal service to clients visiting Australia
  • Coordinate travel arrangement for customers and arrange pick-up and send-off service
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Overseas business trip if necessary

Skills Requirements and Working Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Demonstrated abilities in building strong professional relationships and establishing suitable supporting networks
  • Confident, problem-solver and self-motivated
  • Excellent and professional verbal and written communications in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a bonus)
  • Proficient in MS Office software application
  • Have proven accountability when working with confidential information
  • Possess excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
  • Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
  • Stay professional and well-groomed at all times
  • Team-oriented, multitasker and attention to details
  • Available to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Only Australian Citizen and Permanent Resident will be considered
