We are seeking an enthusiastic hospitality professional experienced in café or restaurant management willing to lead from the front and take overall responsibility of our venue.

About you: 

• You have a good attitude with a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
• You have a strong work ethic with good experience in the industry.
• You will be a calm and calculated leader who works well under the pressure of a busy service keeping standards high through both the peak and quite periods.
• You are comfortable leading and managing staff on a day to day basis
• You have a firm understanding of the café coffee culture 
• You always make the customer experience your priority.

You will have overall responsibility for the venue including:

• Staff recruitment and training
• Effective roster writing ensuring costs are managed appropriately
• Working closely with our Head Chef to maintain standards
• Ensuring business KPIs are met
• Enforcing daily and weekly systems and procedures to ensure a high level of standards
• Controlling a busy service taking charge of all facets
• Manage all functions from enquiries through to the function itself, seeing these as an opportunity to showcase the best of what we do
