Hellcat Maggie is an intimate laneway bar and kitchen curiously tucked behind Rich Lane in the heart of Brisbane city. Like something you would find in the isles of Melbourne, Hellcat Maggie offers a simple, relaxed food & beverage offer giving the those seeking an escape from the humdrum of city life, a hidden oasis. Built upon a foundation of good old school hospitality, Maggie is a bit of fun by day yet naughty by night!
Open from 7am, 7 days Hellcat Maggie serves corporate city goers a hearty morning meal or simple style lunch, served by experienced trained baristas that are experts of their craft. As the sun falls, the dark side of Hellcat Maggie awakens morphing into a cheeky playground where bar goers can relish in quirky drinks, shared meals & your old family favourites with a twist. Hellcat Maggie is a lane way hideaway without the hoity-toity bar tender clichés.
Reflecting an era of year’s gone by, the décor holds raw exposed steel, decadent timber, cushy booths and dimly lit corners. Hellcat Maggie is a fusion of everything old with a mysterious twist that constantly breaks the rules on the esteemed classics! Party goers will unite in the laneways very own loft that doubles as a private event space set within the urban brick landscape not typically found in your traditional function venues.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED Kitchen team members to fill the following roles;
- Sous Chef (Would suite someone looking to move into a Head Chef Role within the next 6 months)
- Comi Chef
- Experienced Cook / Breakfast Chef
- 1st & 2nd Year Apprentices
