This is a chance to work for a specialty bread retailer. Our client has a reputation for serving freshly baked bread made from scratch every single day using only the best ingredients, delicious array of sweets and hot savoury products. Our client is located in Robina, Gold Coast requires a dedicated exciting Baker to join their expanding team.

What we need from you:

• At least 3 years experience in baking and pastry;
• Trade qualification in Patisserie or Baking
• Competency in preparing bakery's core products, not limited to breads, cakes, pies, pastries etc..
• Knowledge of kitchen Hygiene practices and HACCP regulations
• Able Work in a busy, fast paced work environment
• Able to work within a team and have good communication skills

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring quality of products meet established standards
• Machinery operation
• Maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensure consistency in quality of food at all times
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace
• Deliver high quality food presentation
