About the Opportunity:
NoosaCare is seeking a Casual Housekeeper for immediate start to join our enthusiastic maintenance team for a range of shifts, including days and weekend work, across both of our facilities in Tewantin and Cooroy.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have commercial cleaning experience within in an aged care facility.
In this role you will be response for:
- Provides cleaning services according to established cleaning schedules
- Mopping and vacuuming floors, damp dusting, waste management, restocking of supplies. Assisting with laundry practices as required
- Maintains records of completion of cleaning schedule duties
- Safe storage and use of cleaning agents including correct cleaning agents used in correct quantities for each task
- Participates in the infection control program.
As a Housekeeper, you will:
- have at least two years commercial cleaning experience within in an aged care facility
- Strong customer service and face to face communication skills
- Commitment to the philosophy and mission of NoosaCare and the ability to promote these in all aspects of work
