Beachfront Restaurant, North of the river
We are looking for a strong team leader who can ensure the total satisfaction of our diners. You will report directly to the owners and, together with our talented Head Chef, be responsible for delivering a fantastic dining experience.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Highly developed customer focus.
- A demonstrated ability to train and motivate others.
- Good leadership skills
- The ability to achieve financial targets.
- Good time management and organisation.
